Here you will find our cancellation & booking conditions.
Cancellations and changes made up to 4 months before arrival,
will be charged at 15% of the total booking price.
Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before arrival,
will be charged at 40% of the total booking price.
Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before arrival,
will be charged at 70% of the total booking price.
Cancellations and changes that occur late, or no-shows will be charged at 90% of the booking price.
Our terms and conditions are in accordance with the applicable Austrian hotel regulations
